Transversal destacking

Transversal destackers slide off the top layer of a stack in transversal direction onto the subsequent mechanical equipment. Possibly existing sticks and squares (for multiple stacks) can be pushed off onto the subsequent stick handling unit with the optional stick stripper.

Transversal destackers are predominantly used in systems with lower cycle rates. To reduce the stack change times our transversal destackers can optionally be equipped with an intermediate lifter. The intermediate lifter takes the stack over from the main lifting/lowering device, so that the latter can already travel back into take-over position for a new stack.
