Vacuum destacking

Vacuum destackers use vacuum suction bars to lift the top layer of a stack and place it on the subsequent mechanization equipment. Depending on the design, the suction bars can travel in transverse or longitudinal direction. Possibly existing sticks and squares (for multiple stacks) can be pushed off onto the subsequent stick handling unit with the optional stick stripper.

Vacuum destackers are predominantly used in systems with lower cycle rates. To reduce the stack change times our vacuum destackers can optionally be equipped with an intermediate lifter. The intermediate lifter takes the stack over from the main lifting/lowering device, so that the latter can already travel back into take-over position for a new stack.
