Re-stacking line without re-sorting wheel

Re-stacking lines without re-sorting use hatches to sort out timber from the production that should not be taken directly to stacking; through the hatches, the sorted-out timber finds its way into sorting boxes located below the re-sorting line.

If a sorting box is full or or the target quantity of an assortment has been reached, the boxes are emptied and the contents of the boxes is returned to the re-stacking line by forklift.

Re-stacking lines without re-sorting may – with appropriate planning in advance – also be retrofitted with a re-sorting unit at a later point in time.
