Sorting lines

Our sorting lines allow for the gentle further processing of the timber produced.

Through the use of computer-aided data acquisition, tracking and user-friendly visualization you keep track of the produced quantities and assortments.

The performance of our sorting lines – just as the design and the number of sorting boxes or trays – depends on the cutting technology installed upstream of the line. We offer various sorting concepts that can also be combined with each other depending on the requirements. The output of our sorting lines ranges between 20 and 120 parts/min.

The data required for sorting such as dimensions or quality can be transferred from the upstream machine, e.g. an edger or resaw. Should these data be missing the timber produced is measured by length, width and thickness before sorting.

If necessary, we also provide mechanization systems, which allow a visual or automatic quality sorting of the goods.

Optionally, we also supply measuring systems for board contour measurement and trimmers for automatically cutting out defects in the board.
