Semi-automatic stacking systems

Our stacking aids and semi-automatic stacking systems support the plant staff when timber must be stacked to form packages.

Stacking aids allow the stacking of the timber by one employee; each timber must be individually handled and placed on the package. The packages are formed on a scissor lift table ensuring that the upper edge of the package is kept on a constant height.

The unit is operated in manual mode, so that it can be operated with minimal measures to comply with occupational health and safety requirements.

The semi-automatic stacking system takes over the board layer manually compiled by the operator, aligns it on one side and places it on the package with a layer fork. The packages are formed on a scissor lift table ensuring that the upper edge of the package is kept on a constant height.
